Directions to Farm Coming from North to South: Take 295 to the Topsham/Brunswick exit 31A.  Follow RT 196 South then pick up RT 1 North towards Bath.  Get off the New Meadows Rd West Bath exit.  Take a right onto New Meadows Rd.  Go to end (appox 1/2 mile).  Take a left onto the Old Brunswick Rd.  Go across causeway, start up hill then turn right onto Bridge Rd.  Take 2nd left driveway named Eagle Brook Lane.  Bear left at fork.  Go to the end. Coming from South to North: Take 295 to the Brunswick RT 1 Exit 28.  Follow RT 1 to the New Meadows Rd West Bath exit.  Take a right onto New Meadows Rd.  Go to end (appox 1/2 mile).  Take a left onto the Old Brunswick Rd.  Go across causeway, start up hill then turn right onto Bridge Rd.  Take 2nd left driveway named Eagle Brook Lane.  Bear left at fork.  Go to the end.
